Ordering
Please read carefully how to place your order and make a payment. It is very important to follow these rules in order for us to process and ship your order without delays. Otherwise your order will be held until the problem can be solved. If your payment has been done properly, your order will be shipped using the United States Postal Service because it is the most reliable and reasonably priced in comparison to UPS and FedEx.

Placing a Order
You may place a order 3 ways.

1) You may order right on line through the web site which is secure, 24 hours a day. There is a message area where you may write and explain what exactly you want in case the web site is not as detailed as you would like. Just follow the prompts and it will walk you through the ordering process.

2) You may order via fax 24 hours a day. Our fax number is (262)255-9294. Please use part numbers if possible, model names and don't forget to mention the color AND quantity you would like. Please leave a fax AND phone number with your country's calling code so we may reach you if we have questions. We will also need your charge card numbers at that time as well. If you are uncomfortable with sending your charge card numbers via an insecure means, just send part of the card 's numbers in one fax and the second half in a following fax or e-mail.

3) You may order via telephone. Someone is almost always here to talk with you (in English only) Mon-Saturday from 9:00am until 10pm central daylight time. A Spanish Translator is available by appointment.

"Mahvelous" Mailboxes! Inc. will e-mail you usually within 48 hours of you placing your order with the cost of the additional shipping to wherever in the world you wish your order to be delivered to. Shipping times begin from the date we here at "Mahvelous" Mailboxes! receive your product from the original manufacturer, and NOT from the date you placed your order.

You will need to tell us how quickly you would like your item(s) and we will usually be able to offer 2-3 choices for speed of delivery. Global Express is the most expensive, (Approximately 4-8 days); Priority (Approximately 5-14 days) and Ground - Really is on a slow boat (4-6 weeks or longer). International shipping is additional to the shipping prices on our web site and we will get authorization from you before proceeding. If we don't receive a response from you within 7 days we will assume that the slowest, lease expensive way is acceptable. The price of shipping is determined by how much an item weighs, how large it is and by how quickly you want it to arrive. Please remember that we are not the manufacturer of your merchandise, just the "middleman". Most manufacturers will not go through the trouble of an overseas or international order, but WE WILL!

Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes if there are any. We have no way of knowing how much that may be and it is your responsibility to find out if it is a concern for you. We have not been notified by any of our international customers that this has been a problem and are unaware of any difficulties regarding this.

Shipping Times
I Repeat: Shipping times begin from the date we receive your product from the original manufacturer, and NOT from the date you placed your order. It can take up to 6 weeks for your item to arrive HERE at "Mahvelous" Mailboxes! After your item arrives, we carefully inspect it to avoid shortages, repackage it so it will survive overseas travel and then take it to our local Post Office here in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin which is in the Upper Midwest part of the USA. It is at this point that shipping time begins and it can be ANOTHER 6 weeks before your item(s) arrive for a total of 12 weeks. Things usually arrive much sooner but we want you to aware of how long it could be. If you have any questions please e-mail us and note that we can answer your question only in English. A Spanish translator is availalbe by appointment.

Size and Weight
Please be aware that many countries limit the size and/or weight of merchandise that we can ship to you. We will alert you if what you ordered will not be "allowed" but for the most part, any plaque, any wall mailbox, any curbside mailbox and just about anything that weighs under 40 pounds is OK.

Payment
Due to financial regulations in different countries and some restrictions on credit card acceptance, we can take payments in the following way:

VISA / Master Card
We accept payment by VISA or Master Card. The order MUST be shipped to cardholder's billing address (address where your credit card bank statement comes to).

American Express
Orders from any country are accepted. Maximum amount of order can not exceed $5000 (US dollars).

Useful tip: If you pay by American Express and your shipping address is different than your "bill to" address (the address where you receive your credit card statement) please call American Express customer service to authorize your "ship to address". We always check if American Express has an ultimate shipping address on cardholder’s file. By following this regulation you will save plenty of time and your order will be shipped without any delays.
